As the economy seems to falter a little bit each day, it seems harder to stay out of its grasp. Well it finally caught us. We owe too much, credit score stincks, cant live in a budget, cant find anyone to help us refinance, and then it happened. We got a letter from the attorneys office last week that our home is now up for foreclosure. The sale date is Dec. 30 to the highest bidder. Appearently the company that we paid alot of money to help us out of this is either a scam or they just want to torture us. Actually I think it is both. I have talked to the banker and they say that there has been no communication from this company or that it does not show on the customer service computer screens. On the other hand the "bailing out" company states that we have nothing to worry about. The banker and "bailing" company have been talking according to the "bailing out" office. "They do this all the time" so the lady says. "Dont worry, everything is under control". Not believing them I sent the banker some money to show good faith. Well by golly, the banker sent it back. The money has been rejected. C'mon Mr. Banker we are trying!! So now we are in a pickle. The "bailing" company will not return my phone calls and when I do go to the office, it is the same story......
For sale on December 30th to the highest bidder. Some Christmas present. My Birthday is on December the 31st. I really get kicked in the pants if things go the way they seem to be going. The kids are worried and bless there hearts, they are all willing to get jobs to help out. I try to comfort them but the look of despair is there in their eyes. They dont want to move. But I have to keep up there spirits and tell them that I am doing everything that I can. The bank wants some 18,000 dollars to keep the loan current. I just cant come up with that amount. It surely seems hopeless right now. Well I know that I will be on the phone again tommorrow in hopes to recieve some answers that will take away the stress.
Hope everyone has a good week and is excited for cooler weather. Bye now.

So it's really happening, huh? I kept hoping the bailing out company would be actually bailing out. I am so sorry. I can tell you that right now it sucks, but it will get better over time. You will probably save money, which is great, but not much of a consolation right now. I hope you guys will find a way through this.
My heart aches for you. I am so sorry for this struggle you and your family are going through. We will pray and hope for a miracle. Maybe the bank will come around or that company will honor its word. Either way if I can help please let me know. You are not alone, so many are facing the same challenges.
