I am no longer the builder. I am now "Richard the UNEMPLOYED!!!!" Yup I lost my job yesterday. Nothing that I did but that there is nothing out there for me in the Hunt world. I did get out today an picked up a couple of leads. One for tommorrow and a lead for a 250 million project in downtown Phoenix.
The layoffs happened to six of us from the office. We had no idea that this was coming. It was a big shock. Hunt did give me a severance package that will hold us for awhile and they also paid me for the two weeks that I would have for vacation time. Laurie is having a hard time with it and I dont blame her.

I am so sorry about the job! Hang in there. You are so talented I just know you will find something quick. It is so tough when surprises are thrown at us isn't it?
