OOPS I DID IT AGAIN.........

That is right!! I am tipping the scales again. Not litterally. I just dont know what I am doing wrong to gain back the weight. ( No really, I do know what caused it). The fact of the matter is that I have stopped walking in the evenings and in its time slot, I have added the pure enjoyment of cookies and milk. Thus problem number one. At lunch time i used to go out and eat at Burger King at least once a month. That is probably ok. I think??? Now it is pretty common for me to hit Burger King twice a week. AAAHHHH HHHHHAAAAA!!!! This is my problem. Not only is the food going to my waistline, it is making my wallet toooo skinny. This makes it problem number two. The only other thing that I have a weakness for is that ole Dr. Pepper. A good conservative day of Pepper drinking will have swallowed some 44 ounces of the stuff. Thus leaving me only SLIGHTY WIRED, gasssy, and making many trips to the bathroom. Making my problem three fold. What is a gut to do? Or should I say what is a guy to do??? Since I have this great gym membership I will be going to the gym a little more often. I have got to lose some 13 pounds ( I know that it doesnt sound like much but what a pain in my butt, my legs, arms snd back)lol. As the exercise commences, I will keep everyone updated on my progress. Wish me luck to a short but successful weight loss program. Can I have just one cookie before going to bed? Pretty PPPLLLEASE!!!!
