Weekend Wrap up

I started the weekend early by getting home after work and finding the downstairs toilet plugged up and not working. To fix the problem I had to adjust the flapper chain and then got to work plunging away. Our toilet plunger is so wore out that it dont plunge anymore. It creates twice the work just to keep it from flopping inside out and splashing the YUCK back upon you. The next problem that I tackled was the dryer. When I pulled the dryer away from the wall, OMG, the stuff (if that is what you can call it) that was hidden from view was everywhere. When I got it swept up, it was a pile that could fill up a small trash can. I removed the top and the front panels from the dryer and found more STUFF inside the machine. Where is this stuff coming from. I almost filled up a vacum cleaner bag just cleaning inside the dryer. But it was my lucky day!! lol. I found $2.98 inside the dryer. My days wages. If you need some quick change, search your dyer. You will never know what treasures you will find. Got the dryer put back together and got ready to hook up the vent tube and found that it was almost plugged up. Jesssshhh!! No wonder the darn thing didnt work. The dryer now all cleaned up works as good as new. Saturday was filled with lawn work, house cleaning, outdoor cleaning, and drain cleaning. The drain, another place for YUCK!! By that afternoon, I was done cleaning and took Laurie to do some clothes shopping. We returned home and and picked up Trent and Jolie and ran to the grocery store. Kids can make shopping fun!! Not!! We managed to checkout without too much unneeded stuff. Put the groceries away then Laurie and I went to dinner. The next morning I got up and made some cookies for my Primary class. Went to church and spent the rest of the day trying to relax. Oh by the way, while working on the computer, it decided to go whacko on us. It sounds like a jet plane getting ready to take off. It is blowing dust out of every crack that it has. Hope it is not ruined. At this point I have to rely on the computer at work to check anything on e-mail. Well rambled long enough, hope everyone had a good weekend and hope to hear from you soon.

Wow! You had a busy weekend. The dryer story is hilarious. I also hate when I have computer problems so I hope you have fixed yours. Thanks for being a great primary teacher to my kids they love you. I was just kidding about the wicked comment, I hope you know that. I always think I am so much funnier than I really am. Hey do you mind if I link you on my blog? Hope you have a more relaxing upcoming weekend
