Job performance

I got called into the office of my boss yesterday and I thought I was in trouble. I was nervous most of the morning because I did not know what I did wrong. As it turns out, my boss wanted to do a job performance review. We talked a little bit about the job and then he said that I was getting a raise. WOW!!! This was a shocker considering the state of the economy. I was not really expecting a raise. The raise that I got and the benefit of driving the company pickup helped push my salary over six figures. Double WOW !!! I cant belive it. I never would have ever guessed that I would be at this point. If only my High school councilors could see me now. They were the ones who told me that I would not mount to much of anything and that I would not succeed in life. Egg on there faces!! HA HA HA. Hopefully now with this raise I can get back on top of my finances. Have a wonderful day!
